Join the storytellers of Grayhaven for an evening of haunting Civil War tales and ghostly fun.
Your journey begins in the historic 1700's graveyard overlooking Grayhaven's vineyards and continues
with a walk down the haunted trail of the dark forest once traveled by American Indians, soldiers and slaves.
Tales of history, mystery and hauntings spun by Grayhaven's winemaker Chuck Peple, also known for his work
as a Civil War historian and author.  For those who return from the forest, a bonfire and hearty stew await.

Wine tasting and wine are not included in the ticket price.
Tastings (samples of all of Grayhaven’s wines) can be purchased at the event for $5,
 Wines may also be purchased by-the-glass or bottle.

This is a family friendly event, however, the graveyard tour and trail walk are not appropriate for little ones.
Children’s activities will be available in the playground during the tour & trail. Please call to make

The majority of this event is held outdoors, rain or shine.  Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the winery.  Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather and the walking trail. The winery, graveyard tour and bonfire are wheelchair accessible, a private tour of the trail via our all-terrain vehicle is available - please call to make arrangements (804) 556-3917
